I was overcharged at the bar. I was told by an employee of the establishment over the phone that someone would call me back and solve the issue and concerns I have. I never got a call back. I emailed them and they asked me if it was pending charges. I am not stupid. I was overcharged. Its the principle of being ripped off that makes my blood boil.
1. I ordered drinks and paid by card.
2. I kept the receipts for expense purposes
3. I was overcharged and I have a copy of the receipt.
4. What else does the manager or staff need to know. Give me a refund. Do you think I would go back? I have the proof.
