  • There's a so-called realtor that works there. She contacted me about a house being listed for sale. I explained I was making appointments to see the house. She tried to bully me on a price I didn't see nor had control over. She complained about a cheaper house listed in the neighborhood. I explained it is a foreclosure, (but she knew that) I dislike pushy, rude, liars. She said her husband would be stopping by as they worked as a team. I checked out the site and he is NOT listed with her at all. She said she buys homes sight unseen for investors. I don't know if she was a flipper or who she was working with, but trying to bully me or anyone isn't a way to business She called back later to cancel the appointment when she couldn't get the house at $25,000 less than the advertised price. I have the message saved on my I phone. She never saw the house, or made an offer. What a fishing expedition and waste of my time, asking me who I was, did I live there, etc. Do you want to see the house or not? If there were zero stars, that is what I would give this so-called "lady" and Caldwell Banker. Shady woman. Shady company. P
