This was our first visit to Timo. It's a little tricky to spot on Central Ave so watch closely and let your map app do the work. Well worth the trip from the west valley. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, intimate and a bit on the Bohemian side. Staff is attentive but not intrusive. Food is excellent. I had a glass of Malbec and the butternut squash tossed salad - inventive and so tasty. Light, slightly sweet, and citrusy dressing. Greens are firm and fresh. My date had a beer and a pizza with sausage. Also excellent. Thin, crisp, flavorful crust and a nice balance of sause, cheese and sausage. Not the typical heavy, greasy disappointment found elsewhere. Great place for an early date night dinner. Check it out!
