  • I have found better hyatt locations in other cities than this one. Service is pretty slow and room availability becomes an issue in summer. Booked my Room thru price line.com without realizing that they don't guarrantee the bed. Upon check in after a long wait, I was told that they only have room for me with a wall mounted sofa bed. Needless to say, not a good experience.
