  • DO NOT GO TO SAPPHIRES!!! 1 star is being very generous. Came here for my birthday with a couple of girlfriends 6 of us to see the male revue. Had the worst experience ever and have been to many strip clubs in vegas and have never been treated the way I was treated that night by staff and management. We called prior to showing up to make sure table didn't need to be purchased etc... Receptionist said no she said one price for cover charge and when we got there they tried to say another this place will lie and say anything to get you there and finagle money out of you. The male revue didn't start till a certain time we were 45 minutes early so we figured we would sit in the female section till then in order to sit you have to be drinking, 18$ for watered down cranberry & vodka!!!! What kind of strip club is that where in order to sit down you have to be buying drinks? I have been to many strip clubs and have never heard of that. About 140$ later the male revue opens and we go inside and sit down we were immediately bombarded by the host saying you can't sit here. We don't move and ask why the hell not the receptionist said clearly over the phone tables didn't need to be bought so we didn't back down and she gave in and let it go. We buy some more drinks and the show starts the male strippers were mediocre they look like washed up Las Vegas trash but it was my birthday & ladies night so we were tipping anyway $$$ they were offering lap dances up on stage for 40$ so my girls bought me one .The people that paid to have a lap dance names were called to go up on stage my name was never called I wasn't mad but obviously a service was already paid for was never provided so we are entitled to our money back for the lap dance. The guy that took all the money refused to give the money back in other words stealing. Management for that department finally came over we let him know the issue his exact words "why are you still here?" Exactly why were we still at this overpriced shady strip club He went and got the money gave the 40$ back for the dance he was so careless and unprofessional. We were treated like shit and it puzzled me because out of every table in that male revue room we were the only females buying expensive happy meal sized drinks! 600$ on drinks alone after he gave the money back we found ourselves upset and leaving the dancers wanted to know what was going on they begged us to stay obviously because we were spending money all night and now it's leaving due to poor management is losing those dancers money. Once we were in the main lobby we demanded to speak to upper management of course didn't get no response out of fat out of shape club bouncers. They tried to swarm us claiming they're management nobody has business cards will give names or anything very elusive. We leave the building while sitting outside waiting for our designated driver this fat parking lot security guard tries to throw us off the property! I could not believe the audacity of this club! They treated us so poorly try to steal from us and is now trying to kick us off site! I could not believe my own ears I told his fat ass that we aren't going anywhere we are waiting for our designated driver right here! The parking lot manager came over and told him we were fine where we were and to leave us alone. He gave me his business card and told me to call and complain what good was that going to do already had and was treated horribly. Ride came and we left with a story for the books and will never step foot in that business again! From that day forward I will tell every tourist & local I know that wants to go to a strip club to not go to sapphires unless they are seeking a unpleasant booshie experience. If you can't resist and dare to step foot here never ever ever use any type of card here! People have told me that they're cards have been double charged here too and I don't for one second doubt that they would try to take advantage of a intoxicated person with a card. Terrible customer service save yourself the regret and don't go to Sapphires!
