  • I've recently has ADT for a few months now. Ryan was my rep who came to my door gave an excellent sales pitch. Set up was easy and quick. The system works well and so does the app. I seen the previous review about military and was shaky about committing without being able to get out of my contract if I had orders to leave. Ryan had me spoke to his manager. I can't recall her name but she send me an email confirming that if I had to cancel my service because of orders, I would be let out of my contract. My automatic payments come out every month. All good so far. Very please with Ryan and ADT. If it comes times to get out my contract I hope that all goes smoothly.
