  • I buy a new car every 2-3 years and always dread the process, so I went into Volvo thinking it would be just like all my experiences in the past...painful. Boy was I wrong! Jonathan, Lane, and Gary made the process smooth, and actually enjoyable. I love my new car and get so many compliments on it to which I reply, "go see my new friends at Volvo!" Car buying shouldn't be a "me against them" experience and I definitely felt like we were all working together to make the deal happen the day I got my new Volvo. Who knew that was possible when buying a car?
