  • Derrick {the owner}of : BULLDOG AIR~CONDITIONING& HEATING Came to our home to fix a leak in the indoor unit. He called the day of to let us know at what time he would be here the next day. He was very polite and personable. Unfortunately we were 5 minutes late letting him in because I am disabled. My husband had to help me to get into bed. Derrick did not mind. He waited patiently. He fixed the problem and he even went out of his way to go buy 2 more filters because the ones we got the day before got wet. This man is an all around Good Guy. Unfortunately I did not get to meet him But my husband had nothing but positive things to say about him. He definitely wanted me to write on Yelp about our experience with: Bulldog Heating & Air conditioning. Thank You Derrick Rocky Mae Bettis
