  • The place is beautiful, though a little confusing if you're not used to it. The staff is very helpful, though, and they always make sure you're helped as much as possible, and offer very helpful suggestions about everything. Everything's just so expensive, though, as far as the accessories go. $4 for a spoon? $20 for a pitcher and a tea ball? Regardless, the selection of teas is amazing, and while I think they put way too much sugar in many of their teas, many are just right how they are.
