If I could give them zero stars I would. I was quoted $39 for two bedrooms and it included the closets (it is a part of the room or else it wouldn't be a bedroom). When the person shows up he quotes me $229. Uhm what happened to the $39. After trying to haggle me to pay more for a "deep cleaning" he tells me okay for the basic cleaning it's $89. Uhm again what happened to the $39. He tells me it's $15 for each closet. I again tell him I was quoted $39 and just need to clean the 2 bedrooms (mind you its just an apartment so the rooms are small). He calls someone on the phone and again try's to "up sell me on the deep cleaning". When he finally accepts my hundredth "NO" he asks me to pay upfront. I thought you pay for a service AFTER the service. He says I have to pay first it's his company policy. After I pay he proceeds to "clean" the carpet. 10 minutes later he is done. I don't believe he used any shampoo. He just ran water over it and sucked it up. And to top it off left puddles on my floor. Buyer beware, you get what you pay for. I could've done a better job with a water hose and a vacuum. Oh and he never did the closets.
