Good service. Not very busy place.
I like the presentation of sushi. I can see the passion in the chef.
However, I would like to choose a restaurant by the quantity of its customer, which in a way to ensure the freshness of the ingredient, especially for an all-you-can-eat place. I believe, this place is a good choice mainly on weekends.
The meat was cut too thin. Losing the texture. Flavor-wise I like them. The ventilation was OK, no worries to smell like BBQ after dinner.
The best part is to use a paper on the grill. May be seen as a consolation of health.
May come in once in a while.
