  • Can't give a 0 rating. I work for a senior housing community. Everytime Laser Ship brings packages they are left outside. Driver does not attempt to reach customer. Horrible service. Had bad experience with a personal delivery that I was waiting for from Amazon. Laser Ship lost my package. Hope Amazon will reconsider using them in the future.
