This has been the worst internet service I have had. The customer service is terrible, the internet goes in and out and when you call you are on hold for a long time. What was so bad about my experience as well was that the customer service staff didn't know what they were talking about. Also, they charge and arm and a leg for unreliable services. I switched over to Cox cable and just paid the balance for Century link to get rid of them.
