Sushi 101 is a great place to go if you are in the mood for sushi and don't have a lot of money to spend. I have been here a couple of times and usually sit on the left side of the sushi bar. The chefs are very friendly and make really good rolls. The presentation of the rolls are great. Sushi 101 is very Americanized - so if you want to have dinner at a traditional sushi restaurant, this place may not be the best place to go. However, the sushi rolls taste delicious. My waitresses in the past have always been friendly to me. I would have to say though, that rest of the waiters and waitresses in the restuarant were not very professional and the service wasn't the best. On some occasions, my empty water cups did not get refilled at all. Overall, I have always enjoyed my food and would go back but the waiters and waitresses need more training.
