  • I have to post about this place...every time I reach out to them they help me 100000 percent. I got my daughters cello repaired from here and they did a wonderful job. I have called and asked dumb questions. They answer them. When I was there today. I heard a family wanting to rent an instrument. I was so shocked at how easy it as for them and how inexpensive! They were not sold the plus plus plus BS. I was so impressed! I spoke with Dave Kessler again and he. Is simply amazing. He did not let me oversell myself. He stopped me. Yes. Stopped me. Here I am plus plus plus ING myself. Uoselling myself. He put me in check made recommendations and he was totally right. It is always. Nice to deal with nice people doing wonderful things! Dave helped me chose the right cello from craigslist knowing I was not buying from them. He still totally helped me make the right decision. That was almost 2 years ago. I finally met him today. Still the same helpful person. I got my daughters cello restrung and bridge redone about 7 months ago here and they did a fabulous job! I am not the big spender with lots of money and I have still been treated fairly and professionally. They have been very honest everytime I have dealt with them and very educational everytime too.
