Damon is a horrible landlord/ property manager. He never responds in a timely manner. I have to email him several times before he even responds and when he does respond he's rude and doesn't care. Our AC went out twice and took forever to fix in the middle of summer no less. I only stay here because my rent is so cheap and close to work. I've been here for 3 years now. He's lost many of our paper work the past few years, like new addendum's , leasing contracts and emails yet it's some how our fault. Word of advice arrow property get rid of this POS he's useless and costing you money.
