My husband and I went to this store and saw Leah. We got a quote for cell phone and DirecTv and it ended up being about $100 a month savings compared to our previous service providers. Cell service is great and we love our DirecTv package. Fast forward a few months. We had an issue with our DirecTv bill and they started over charging us. So first I called DirecTv. After being on hold, being transferred, and over 40 minutes later being hung up on with no resolve I got no where. So I went back to the AT&T store where I signed up for our services. Even though the problem wasn't on AT&T's end Leah was there again and went to bat for me and called DirecTv with me. Over an hour later on the phone the issue was resolved. Thanks Leah for helping me!!! My customer service experience was great with AT&T but with DirecTv that's another story.
