Lets start will the positives.
I really like the Orange Theory vibe; beautiful interior.
The lighting, the brand new machines, the bathrooms. Everything is just so pretty, modern and well kept.
They really do provide an A+ environment. Stylish, fantastic music (did I say fantastic music)?!
You get a heart monitor (that first workout is free by the way), and you work out in zones.
What I wasn't crazy about..was there was really very little explanation about what was going on.
What am I aiming for?? Is my form right? Anyone??
There is a trainer there who is really on point while you are on the treadmills.
But as far as the strength and bands area..I felt lost and unchallenged.
I'm used to a far more strenuous workout.
Maybe a different instructor would have been a little more motivating.
Don't think Orange Theory is for me..but I can see it beneficial for strictly cardio.
If you are looking for strength training, this really doesn't seem like a good fit.
