  • I am giving this business 4 stars only because the information I gave when I made my initial call to schedule an appointment was NOT relayed to the individual who actually showed up to install the door. I specifically stated we were replacing a door, the flaps were old and we could not find replacement flaps. I was quoted a price for labor and then the door. The gentleman who was to install the door arrived this morning and had no idea we actually needed a new (replacement) door. Why is it no one communicates anymore?? Very frustrating. Fortunately, he had the correct materials on his truck but that's not the point. I had a lengthy conversation with the gentleman on the phone when I booked the appointment talking about the size of our current door, the old flaps, etc. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different makes of doors, pros and cons of each, etc. Unfortunately, the info I gave to the gentleman on the phone was NOT relayed to the installer because he (installer) seemed to be out of the loop. I will update my review after I see the final product installed later today. As I said, I would update my review after seeing the final product. I have changed my review to 5 stars. What a great job the installer did for our replacement pet door! We were able to choose the color of the door and it looks great on the outside of the house as well as the inside. He gave us some tips on how to keep the flaps looking and working like new. Fortunately even though he was not given all of the info that I gave the gentleman I spoke to on the phone earlier in the week, he WAS prepared to install a door which was a little bit larger than the previous door. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install a pet door. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Just make sure you reiterate that if the person on the phone is not the installer that he relay ALL the info to the installer.
