  • Not happy at all with the service. Serviceman came out Friday afternoon to look at our washer. We were told the problem was the bearings and it was cost us $500.00 to repair and suggested that it might be better to get a new washer. He diagnosed it only by the sound. He said he couldn't do anything as far as taking it apart because he was on light duty but we we still charged the full $65 service charge though. The kicker is that he mis diagnosed the problem. My son took it apart and it turns out it was something much simpler. 1 star given because he was punctual
