  • I was talked into using this pest service company because the owner is the husband of a woman at my former company (who later became by boss.... ugh, long story). Anyway, Mike is an ok guy but his services were just so-so. I told him a couple of times that we still had bugs coming into my son's bathroom after treatments and he'd come out and spray again but the bugs continued. I also recently noticed that we had a ton of bugs in the dirt next to our garage - and that was just two weeks after his last treatment. Another thing I didn't like was that he would actually charge me for my bi-monthly treatment BEFORE he even called me to schedule it. That was pretty much the last straw. One of the first things I did when I left the company was call and cancel our service with Pest Experts. Our new service is just 2 dollars more per treatment but we're seeing a lot fewer bugs!
