| - Just moved into the area. Went to the back to buy organic produce. I grabbed some carrots and celery. Later, I thought to myself, why doesn't it say organic on the wrap? Well, because it wasn't. Basically, this place as the organic sign over the non organic produce. The organic produce is to the far left of the sign. In fact, there isn't even any sign over the organic produce.
I approached the produce manager who understood but couldn't do anything about it. I then had to request to speak to the store manager. He basically said, "yeah...the sign isn't placed right, there's nothing to do about it." Seriously? You can't do anything about it? A big chain like that, you can't fix that in any way? Epic failure.
The kicker was him telling me that the sign is basically just to say we have organic produce, not that this is where it is at. Funny that every other sign in their store has whatever the sign says under it. Same goes for any other grocery store or retail outlet.
Having been back, it's obvious where the organic stuff is, but for someone who has never been there, if they are just going based on the sign over head, its easy to grab the wrong thing.
Aside from that laughable and ridiculous experience, it's pretty good.
