  • Rural Metro Corporation is a mess. My 94 year old mother-in-law was sent to collection by them for a service we have no record of her receiving, nor does she have any record of receiving bills from them. I've tried to call them more than once...and sent an email to their collections department to no avail. I called the collection agency they sent her to but all I get is a call center in India and nice people I have trouble understanding. I'd suggest you avoid these folks if you can.
