  • Their seafood is good but every time I want to roll my own sushi they DO NOT respect my request to not touch the fish with their bare hands. I explain that I will not be cooking this fish, but they do not care and actually act like I am putting them out by expecting them to use a glove or the little square wax sheets to pick up the fish. They handle money all day and touch the fish. Gross.
