Last Monday, I (like the stereotypical female driver that I am) ran my car into a curb and blew my tire. I felt like an idiot as I called my roadside assistance, and was thoroughly embarrassed.
Charity towing was who my roadside assistance sent out. The driver was your typical tow truck driver, but with a few exceptions. He was incredibly nice and helpful, and never once made fun of me or commented on how dumb you have to be to curb check as hard as I did.
He even suggested a closer repair shop with a better reputation and cheaper rates. He took care of everything for me, including backing my car out of the parking garage I was in, and got my car to the shop quickly.
Stellar job! Would definitely use them again.
