Large selection but poor Customer Service. I had to wander around the store to locate a sales person for help locating what I was shopping for. She walked me over, pointed to a wall and walked away. Well, I did have questions, so after pondering the lamp styles and attempting to look them up on my phone instead, I again went in search of a sales person to help me answer my question. No one was to be found. I went back again and told my husband, "forget it, let's just go home and order it online". He encouraged me to try again so we could at least bring the product home. So I did... and it turned out they didn't carry the color of lamp shade I wanted in stock. She ordered it for me and said it would arrive in a couple days. She rang up the total and it was higher than expected. Oops, she said she put in the wrong lamp. Now more waiting for a manager to fix things. She re-ordered the correct lamp and I reviewed the receipt and discovered she also ordered the non-dimmable bulb for my dimmable lamp. I was very specific when I asked if she could order an LED bulb for the dimmable lamp. So, 2 mistakes in ordering and I didn't get to take anything home with me. Staff seemed rushed and impatient, which to me came off as rude and uncaring.
