Yesterday I would have rated this location 2/5 stars; however, today one of the location managers (D'andre?) recognized me and tried to compensate for the error Both recognizing me and taking the initiative to make something correct is great customer service.
The other prior reviews between 1 - 3 stars are fairly accurate. There have been slight improvements to the wait since it opened in Spring 2015, but it's not yet up to the speed and friendliness of many of their sister locations. Similar to Pete R., I too have walked out because of a long wait when there were not many customers; however, it's close and convenient, so we'll see if it continues to improve to meet Chipotle standards.
