  • Never do business with this company. They sell all your information right away to scam companies. Signed up for a $69 dollar a month bundle. I've had service for 1 month and six days and have been charged $235.00 already. They told me that they gave me the bundle but any proration of a partial month is charge at a ridiculous rate and that no bundle rate can start midway through a billing cycle. So I was charged $190.00 for a partial month of service because they told me they would be ripping me off if they charged me for half of the promotion rate. I thought this was a joke but then they had the nerve to have an attitude with me. This was information I could have used up front before canceling my other internet provider, I confirmed my pricing on three separate occasions before having my services turned on and then they cut my throat! Death to Century link....they care nothing about their customers.
