It was o.k.
I live in TO and ended up at the Hilton due to work, for a few days this week.
I've been to other TO hotels, so was comparing Hilton to those ones.
The beds were comfortable enough, but the quality was not as luxurious as the ones at say either the Four Seasons or Fairmont hotels.
At this point, I've become shallow and judge hotels by their pens. Why are their pens so lightweight and plastic? I'm thrilled when I use either my Fairmont or Four Seasons pens - they are supplied to anyone who goes there for a conference.
Overall quality is ok. I hope their prices reflect that they are not in the same grade as either of the two hotels that I've mentioned.
(Conference) Food served there, was okay. Again, not as impressive as Fairmont/Four Seasons. I ate at Mariott Hotel yesterday. Hilton's food was a notch better than at Mariott's.
*The business charges .59/minute or $5.00/hour.
*View was nice. As was service.
*Their gym is on the smaller end. Their pool is both indoors, and extends outdoors.
If you want to save some $, stay here. Location is convenient.
If you're okay with paying a bit extra for "frills", stay at Four Seasons, or Fairmont.
