The facility is nice even though it is a bit older. We did a day at the spa and pool, we did not stay overnight. So I can only speak to the spa, pool, and cafe.
the front desk coordinator was lovely. however, the young girl who was suppose to give us a tour of the facility just left us in front of the locker room. She didn't show us the mineral pool, steam room, sauna, or anything of importance. We had to wander around to find everything including lockers and restrooms. Other resort spas have given me an extensive tour if it was my first visit.
The spa treatments were nice as expected but the massage therapist made a rude comment when referring to the TravelZoo I purchased for $110 versus paying the full $155. He stated, "oh isn't that nice that it makes the spa more accessible". I felt he was referring to the fact that I couldn't afford the spa without the coupon which a completely false assumption.
We enjoyed the pool and were there for two hours. We were told there was poolside service, but we had to go to the cafe and ask for help. We weren't the only ones at the pool so I was surprised that no one came out for the first hour.
All in all, the resort was lovely but there were several moments my party and I all felt that the customer service was lacking. I don't think we will be back.
