This maybe one of the best kept secrets in Toronto situated in a bit of an odd location. It's been here for 2 years!!
I love, LOVE 100 Yen stores (Japanese equivalent of a dollar store which works out to be roughly $2). And I've been dying for a Daiso (which exists in Japan, Vancouver, and San Fran) to hit Toronto forever!!
I randomly stumbled into this place as I was killing some time after I was volunteering nearby.
The products here aren't from Daiso but from Seria (http://www.seria-group.com/). The selection is a bit small in comparison to Dollaramas. They also told me that there's another location at Pacific Mall which I may one day have to check out.
Anyways, maybe if we all make this big they can expand and import more stuff, as I want to good stuff like Japanese ceramic bowls and nifty stuff. It's like dollar store Muiji!
Since Target and the bowling alley moved out, there's really not much left at this mall, but this place now makes this worth a trip. Get here before the Costco opens up across the street and makes traffic unbearable!
