  • I received an exam and bought a pair of glasses here about 4 months ago. During the consultation, I decided to try "progressive" lenses (different thickness at the bottom than at the top that allows you to have reading and distance glasses all in one). In the following weeks and months, I thought I was doing something wrong as I couldn't read from my computer as well. I thought that I needed to adjust. Going back, I was full of anxiety about complaining thinking this must surely be something that I needed to get used to, but within 5 minutes of speaking to the wonderful staff, I was re-measured and had it explained to me that they might simply need to fit me with new lenses with the focal lengths aligned a little differently. They measured my focal lengths again, ordered and replaced the lenses for free...and today I picked up my "new" glasses. Terrific!
