We tried this place for my wife's birthday dinner tonight. The atmosphere is very nice, but a little dark inside the dinning area. The service was okay. The food was nothing special. I was not impressed with the chicken piccata, which is my test for most Italian restaurants. It's a simple dish, and if they make that well, then usually the rest of their food is decent. Their Piccata was very salty, and didn't have much of a lemon tang as it should. The dinner didn't come with a salad, or a vegetable even. I left the restaurant hungry, which for a $16 dollar meal shouldn't happen. My wife just had soup and a salad, because she was saving room for their expresso creme brulee. She liked what she had, but said she wouldn't order any of them again. That says enough for me that we'll likely not be going back any time soon.
