  • This place is my favorite in Calgary for fine dining! The service is amazing and the restaurant looks superb. It was a full experience as we got a tour of the restaurant and the kitchen. It was wonderful to hear about the history and cooking techniques. The menu is very creative and most of the food is very well done. I did not personally enjoy one or two of the courses though I guess this is expected in a diverse 6-7 course meal.
