We took a trip out early on a Sunday to check out the doughnut hype....eeeeeeehhhhhh....
I know a lot of people who love this place, so we had to try it. We tried a half dozen ($15) and tried six different kinds. I would say the Nutella one was my favorite, but the grease taste over-powered every flavor. I read another review that said the same. You could see the sunk in grease in each doughnut. Yes, I know they are fried, but this went beyond fried. It was a very distinct taste.
It is totally farm to table which I love, especially to support our local farmers-but we probably will not make another trip out.
