  • I am by no means a novice traveler, and I have visited many types of hotels in many locations, including the different brands under the Hilton banner. From start to finish this hotel had them all beat! From the gracious gentleman behind the front desk, who was professional and courteous, to the well cleaned and appointed room, to the wonderful service at breakfast, I was truly impressed. I felt like I was in a much more expensive hotel, and this location has locked me in as a customer for life. The breakfast was still fresh, fully stocked and hot at 9:45am and they did not rush us to leave as the service ended at 10am. I would highly recommend this location for the service alone, but it is located directly across the street from the Heinz History Center/Sports Museum so if you were in town for that, this would be the place to stay. Definitely book this hotel!! (Free parking too!)
