| - If I could give this place zero stars I would. This review is based on multiple failed occasions. The person standing by the door is usually friendly and can help with BASIC things. But my goodness. A 5 minute pickup is ALWAYS a 30 minute ordeal. The thing that ticks me off is that everyone should be cross trained, the cashiers and greeters should help when they have nothing to do when there are people waiting at the print area. Since the print area is the source of the issue. The managers are just waiting around. Literally, I am always waiting 30 minutes for just a stinking pick up. Today, I go in, with an email from office max and they can't find my order, then they reply, "if you emailed us we could just print it." Umm excuse me, I've been trying to do that but the last 5 times I came in, YOUR STAFF has explicitly told me not to email them with attitude, especially since there is an auto reply that says not to email them, Sergio. Obv the staff is overwhelmed and can't keep up, or is just improperly trained and does not have the help they need. My husband came in 5 hrs after I emailed them, and the girl helping him says, "oh I just finished that." my husband waits 5 min, and asks how much longer and she replies, 30 min. So you didn't finish it, and it took you 5 hrs to get to your email and you were going to have him wait 30 minutes without telling him? It's really sad and I will have to move my business else where even though the location is convenient. But that's the thing.... this location is anything but convenient. And this has happened a few dozen times over the past few years. So pathetic.
