  • I wasn't expecting much from the storage facility, but I was really blown away by the quality of customer service that this place provided. Kristi was amazing and answered everyone one of our questions clearly and professionally. The whole process from the moment we walked in was welcoming, easy, and stress free. After I heard the cost of the storage unit that I needed, I was sold and signed up tight then and didn't want to even look at any more storage companies.
