  • I wish I could NEGATIVE stars!! Never one call back from this company. Staff would purposely ignore all our calls after talking to them a couple times only. Lies constantly to our warranty company. Randy plays real nice when he does answer the phone which was twice ever but he lies. Got a tech to come at first. Tech tells us compressor is bad and the whole unit should be replaced since it's so old it could catch in fire due to wires being exposed. Then he leaves the panels off after he leaves and you can see them sitting on our roof when you drive by our house! Waited to hear from home warranty after he sent in reports. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Then my property manager says the tech sent notes no home warranty that the unit was fine and it was just loud. What!!!! So I called the Schmidt and talked to Randy and said no this unit is bad send another tech out. He said he could send a tech out the next day. Tech never called the next day never showed. Called to see what's up. Debbie answers and is so rude with major attitude telling me there was no appt for a tech to come that they already went out (which was a month prior at this point). Says we have an old unit needs a new compressor and waiting for approval. Heard so many different stories every time I turned around. Never heard of approval taking over a month! Home warranty finally canceled their claim with them because it got so out of hand and they would never answer calls or call back myself, owners, my husband, and property manager. Home warranty got them in the phone no problem and would tell them days they were coming out and it was always a lie. Even told them they came out but it was the wrong compressor and had to order the right one. Stay far away from this place!!! RUN!!!
