  • If you rely on the internet for important matters or to do your work, DO NOT get Cox. The Internet drops all day long daily, slow speed. We upgraded and paid more but speed and drop are still the same. Tech came in to fix something outside (which he never told us what "something" was) then did a test on the Modem. He said "it works now" then we test it and still very slow and drops. He said to get a new router, so we did and guess what?? still slow and drops. No recommended for the internet.
