  • This place is beyond done for. I have had 3 different 15-month leases here, going on another 15-month lease. I live in a stand alone 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft. Upon move in, they refused to change the carpet and it's clear that the prior tenant over flooded the bathroom because the floorboards are withered. Also, the carpet is coming off the nails. I haven't had any problems with the office staff or maintenance. But what really makes me want to leave is the quality of people that live here now. Let me indulge you on the wonderful residents of the Preserves! Love kids? Awesome! Kids are running around all hours of the day, unsupervised, throwing rocks at patios and cars. Feeling a little lonely? Not to worry, there are always people hanging out on their patios, belligerently drunk, and yelling colorful expletives all hours of the night. Can't afford EDC? Don't worry, we've got you covered. The neighbors on the first floor have loud music all night long until 6am, empty beer bottles all over their patio and they regularly keep a disco ball of laser lights outside on their patio on all night long. Do you like to believe you're liberal and vote for the legalization of marijuana? Swing by here on a Friday or Saturday night and you'll be able to hang around the pool with like-minded people who have 20+ of their non-residential friends and family smoking marijuana and blasting the latest Hip Hop music. Do you enjoy feeling safe and knowing you live in a protected area? Awesome, they've got security guards walking around on their cell phones only on the weekends. Don't see them? You can sometimes find them sitting by the pool or sitting in their car on their cell phone. UPDATE: I contacted the office and they advised me to just continue calling the cops because there's nothing they can really do. ¯\_(?)_/¯
