  • I came in to try the dip nails. I had a full set on that needed to be removed which I didn't know since I had never done them before. The host didn't know either, so when I sat down we had to wait to soak off my acrylics when I got to the tech which could have already been done. It took 3 hours to take my nails off and get the dip powder on. After she had finished I noticed she had left acrylic gunk on the tips of my fingers without cleaning them off. I also noticed that I had divots in the nail when I got home. She was really nice so I just wrote it off. Well one of my nails broke so I went in to get it fixed only to find out that there are only 2 techs that do dip nails and I'd have to come back later. This wasn't worth $70
