  • What is going on with all the higher priced buffet's. I know it's been quite some time since we have been to the Bellagio buffet so we thought it would be time to try it again. It's Saturday nite and they have the seafood dinner going on. They have the king crab and Dungeness crab (cold) but you can have them heated. The issue here is you get them at one station and have to go to another to have them heated. The size of the legs are about the size of snow crab legs. They did not have any type of steak. They did have prime rib but it was tough as shoe leather. As for the other meats on the line you could get better on a burger at McDonald's. The topper was when we were seated at our table we were told we had to get our own drinks. You pay over 90 bucks and you get your own drinks. Soon they may have you bus your table too. They must have gotten their chefs from most of the fast food outlets as that is the quality of the food they put out. Nothing about the Bellagio buffet is high end anymore so don't waste your money here. They need to bring it back to the way it use to be.
