Wireless Wave stores are awesome because they are supposed to be unbiased. Unfortunately the service at this one can leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.
They do have all the phones and accessories you could want and information on the plans, but their service is a little rough.
They really don't want to sell you just the handset, which is all I wanted. I'm sure they get a commision on the plans or something, but it's frustrating when you know what you want and they make it difficult for you.
I would suggest going to a different Wireless Wave or Best Buy/Future Shop if you had the choice.
This was based on 4 buying experiences there.
I guess it depends on who you get there. One time I went and I had this girl with funky hair helping me... She was super helpful, and talked me out of buying a bad phone, but that was a few years ago and I haven't experienced that with anyone else there.
