Have been very unimpressed with both the food quality as well as the rapdily declining service at Ping Pang Pong over the past 6 months or so. New floor management is certainly to blame, yet the front line staff is also to blame. The areas where service is falling short: Failure to greet customers in a timely fashion 2. Lack of a genuine greeting 3. Rushed order-taking. 4. Failure to touch the table more than once per dining experiece (cover). Management (on the floor) has not properly addressed these issues & is failing to ensuring any reasonable level of service. I recently noticed 2 or 3 other guests laughing in the restaurant while dining alone. After speaking with a couple of them, I later learned through our conversation that they were loyal customers for many years, but that the service levels are now "laughable". This, I am not alone in this review....I am also not hesitant to make it. Ping Pang Pong will be given one final chance to remedy this poor situation. Two stars will become 1 star if the next experience mirrors this one. There are too many other options out there.....
