  • I've been coming to this spa for three years now. Ultimately, I would rate this spa 3 stars based on service and customer service. The receptionists are kind and they do a good job at booking appointments, however the actual service that you come in for always varies--mostly for laser. I had a groupon for this spa for 2 years unlimited laser for my face and during this period of time, I never had one consistent laser technician. Everyone was always coming and going. The problem with this is that your laser treatments are effective or ineffective because either someone messes up or someone does a really good job. The laser techs I liked always left. They included Sue and Letisha. I had one laser tech that I do not recommend at all -- Amanda. I had her one night when the spa was near close, and I had a feeling she wanted to go home on time because of the way she rushed my treatment. I did not appreciate that at all. I did consult the manager of the salon but she said they couldn't do anything for me and that their laser techs are certified and have plenty of experience. If that was true, she would have done my treatment properly and would have taken her time. Anyways, I don't think you should come here for laser treatments. You could get much better service somewhere else. I also came here for my birthday massage. It was okay, as well. I had Simone- she was really kind. I recommend you upgrade for an hour because 30 minutes is not enough to feel totally relaxed. It was nice that they even offered something like that anyways.
