  • Starting to regret moving to this complex. I had to make a quick decision on a new place to live and the other place I liked didn't have the move in time I needed so we picked this place. The cabinets, countertops and "tile floors" are cheap and look like they are falling apart. The uneven floors in the kitchen and bathroom feel like they weren't laid down properly. Parking is a nightmare. What complex charges over $1000 a month and doesn't give you an assigned parking spot? I work late and every time I come home I have to park on the other side of the world. The office staff is subpar. A young girl that works in the office is so rude every time I've encountered her. This was supposed to be my home for at least 3 years but I don't think I'll last that long. They don't include water and trash in your rent so you end up paying an extra $50 a month for it. There must be no maintenance because there is always trash everywhere and they don't clean it up. I still have 10 months left on my lease and I wish it wasn't so long cause I realize now, I made a bad choice. Don't make the same mistake I did.
