  • Beautiful property but horrible customer service and horrible treatment toward locals! I was informed at check-in that I would be charged a $250 deposit because I was a local. When I booked the the suite, this minor detail failed to be mentioned. Too many other options nearby than to have $250 tied up for five business days.
