  • What a horrible experience. I ordered a coat and some other little items to meet the threshold of free shipping that might be nice but don't really need. Then the next day I get an email that says the coat is unavailable you will have to make another order. Within minutes of getting the notification I try to cancel the other items only to be told too late they were shipped. Now I will have to go through the hassle of returning the extra stuff with a too bad from customer service.
