  • I had the distinct luck to have my hair "fixed" by Rachel. It's is so infrequent that a hairdresser has the depth of knowledge Rachel exhibited. Rachel is not only professional but has the scientific understanding as to the makeup of different hair types and the effects of treatment on same. Her knowledge went above and beyond any expectations one could hope for-I have a Masters degree myself. I came to Rachel with a horrific haircut...I really didn't expect anything but more short hair? Rachel was able to salvage my hair, and while I wanted my hair highlighted ASAP...she convinced me to wait (risking loosing me to someone else) so that my hair could rebound. I thought this was a terrific reflection on her and the salon. I was left feeling that she and the salon were not there to make a quick buck. Rachel is truly a gem to have found.....do ignore the snooty receptionist lol.
